About our Bed & Breakfast

Older home in quiet residential area, 5 minute walk from downtown. All rooms have mini fridges. Opened to tourists in 1926, B&B since 1976. Owned / Operated by same family since 1964.

Continental breakfast is served in-room.

Original portion of house was built in Bankhead (a mining town about 5 miles away from the Banff townsite), sometime between 1902 and 1912. It was moved to this location in 1926. It has been modified and upgraded over the years, but essentially remains the same. No two rooms are alike, most of them are panelled, some of the upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings. Also some of the smaller rooms have in-room wash basins. Beds are made up with down duvets, and feather pillows. (Anyone with a feather allergy should notify us before arrival, so that the beds can be made up with regular blankets etc).

Regular Season

Single: $50 and up
Double: $60 and up
Extra Person: $20

Check In Time: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum deposit of one night required, payable by direct bank deposit, Bank Money Orders, Travelers cheques, or Canadian, U.K.-U.S.A. personal cheques, (in local currency). NO credit cards accepted). If cancelletion notice is received less than 14 days prior to date of arrival there is NO refund. Notice of longer than 14 days prior, there will be a $15.00 (CDN) cancellation fee, and the balance of the deposit will be refunded. Any unsecured reservation will be held until check-in time (3:00pm) unless prior arrangements are made. Please note: There is a minimum two night stay required during high season, and on week-ends during the rest of the year.
