Thea's House is Banff's finest boutique style bed and breakfast experience.

- Each of our guest rooms feature one king size bed with goose down pillows and duvet, a gas fireplace, tv, dvd player, stereo, phone, wireless high speed Internet access, balconies with spectacular mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub (and a shower).
- A full breakfast is served/included each morning.  We set out a continental breakfast buffet and also offer a different hot entree every day.
- Relax in our guest lounge where the 25 foot high floor to ceiling windows will provide you with an amazing view of Mount Norquay.
- Complimentary coffee and tea service is available at all times.
- We are centrally located within the town of Banff.

- If you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking, there will be a $50.00 service fee.
– If you then cancel your reservation once you are within 14 days of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged for your first nights stay in full.
– If you cancel your reservation once you are within 7 days of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged for your first and last nights stay in full.
– If you cancel your reservation once you are within 24 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will be charged in full for all nights reserved.
** Please Note: Guests that arrive latter than their original check in date, depart earlier than their original departure date, or guests that are a ‘no show’ will be charged for the full length of their confirmed reservation.
