Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received. If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date *no charge if able to fill the vacancy; *1 night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy. With last minute cancellation or “no show”: 1 night rate for a single night reservation 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
