We are a small property and cancellations affect us dramatically. A deposit of 1 night's stay is required when booking with us. Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, we require at least 7 days notice by telephone or email. In the event of Cancellation, we will refund your deposit, less a 10 percent service charge of the deposit amount. If cancellations are made less than 7 days before your stay with us, your deposit will be forfeited.
