Enjoy an evening of theatre and fine dining in the downtown core or slip out to our neighbourhood movie theatre for an indie film. Southern Alberta Jubilee Theatre is a five minute drive for musicals, opera and ballet performances. Walk or bike the network of river trails with our loaner bikes. Join us for the Calgary Stampede, ten days of cowboy life and the "Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth", every year in early July. Eat at any one of the thirty plus ethnic restaurants that are located in the village of Kensington or wander down to Eau Claire market and enjoy fine dining, pubs or an outdoor festival on Prince's Island Park.
Your stay with us includes: full breakfast, free local phone calls, fitness center passes (located across back alley), wireless internet throughout the property, bathrobes and slippers, two bicycle loaners, parking, laundry and ironing, concierge services, cable TV, extensive video or DVD library, full use of all common areas on the property (including the fully stocked kitchen...you just supply the groceries from the conveniently located grocery store), toiletries and blow dryers.
Transit is extremely accessible; the nearest bus stop is only 30 second walk from our door. The “LRT”, Calgary’s above-ground subway system is located five minutes away. We have plenty of parking: 3 private stalls of our own in the rear and 2 visitor’s passes for vehicles parking in front of the house.
Enjoy any one of our three well furnished rooms, each one offers pillowtop comfort for a great night's sleep. Ask about our suite-equipped with fireplace, 32" LCD TV, air conditioning, large ensuite washroom, separate sitting room with desk and convertible couch that sleeps one adult or two children.

We require notification of cancellation of stay at least seven days prior to the arrival date in regular season. Thirty days notice of cancellation is required prior to arrival a reservation made for the Calgary Stampede or The National Petroleum Conferences This thirty date notice also applies to other  major events that come to Calgary- we can advise you of the appropriate cancellation policy whe you make your reservation. If correct notice is not given, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay.  
We will make every effort to re-book rooms if it is necessary to charge you in full and a full refund will be offered if we are successful.  
Stays shortened after arrival are subject to the same cancellation policies.
