Hidden Springs Retreat & Guest House
Hidden Springs is a farm-based guest house located 1 hour south- west of Edmonton, & 25 kms west of Pigeon Lake. Hidden Springs welcomes a wide variety of guests into a unique environment of refreshment & renewal. The hillside chalet was built by the owner in 2004.
The guest house is self-contained, and well-suited to host individuals, couples, families, or small groups (up to 10 persons max). Guests are invited to enjoy waffles in the farm house on Saturday mornings. Other breakfasts are "self-catered", from an assortment of fruit and home baking, such as muffins & scones with home-made raspberry jam, brought to your suite the night before.
The chalet consists of two suites connected by exterior stairs. Each suite has one bedroom, with a queen bed, and a full bath. The upper suite has a full kitchen, so guests can prepare meals. Each suite has an outdoor barbeque on a deck. Outdoor winter activities include sledding, and 5 kms of cross-country ski trails (set & groomed). In summer, guests enjoy canoeing & swimming at nearby, scenic Twin Lakes.
