Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.
If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:
# no charge if able to fill the vacancy
# 1 night rate for a single night reservation
# or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.
With last minute cancellation or "no show":
# 1 night rate for a single night reservation
# 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
