Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or two nights rate for four or more days. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card data at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.
If notice of CANCELLATION is received more than 7 days prior to intended arrival date, full refund. If notice of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to intended arrival date, no charge if able to fill the vacancy; 1 night rate for a single night reservation or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy. With last minute cancellation or “no show”: 1 night rate for a single night reservation or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
