About our Bed & Breakfast

Heritage quaint, 1911 era Banff home, was used as a boarding house since 1947 with two cozy self-suffient cabins on site. Home cooked breakfast offered to guests in Main House. Very close to downtown Banff.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.

If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:

  • no charge if able to fill the vacancy
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.

    With last minute cancellation or "no show":
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
