Hidden Springs Retreat & Guest House is located in the wooded hill country just west of Pigeon Lake, one hour & 10 minutes south & west of Edmonton.
It offers just the right space for:

Accommodation if you are working in the Drayton Valley, Wetaskiwin or Rimbey area (weekly & monthly rates available)
Those seeking spiritual refreshment & renewal. A reduced midweek rate (10% off) for those persons active in Christian ministry.

Hidden Springs is a working sheep farm. Guests can help with chores (just kidding!)or enjoy our network of walking trails winding through 156 acres of beautiful ecology: woodland, field and beaver pond. Lambing season is in March.
In winter, trails are groomed for cross-country skiing. We have a wide selection of X-country skis & boots available for use.
Unique features also include a Finnish-style self-contained wood-fired sauna, a BBQ, & outdoor firepit.
Our border collie, Mona, serves as your host & companion for all outdoor activity. Taya, another dog, has joined us recently. Both dogs are gentle and mild mannered.
The beautiful Twin Lakes valley is only two kilometeres away. We offer canoes, paddles & lifejackets for use either at Twin Lakes or on the pond located just below the chalet.
Summer guests are also welcome to in-season produce from the farm garden.
Breakfasts include Saturday morning waffles in the farm house, or fruit, cheese & home baking delivered in a basket to your suite. Home-made raspberry jam is offered as a real treat.
The hillside chalet is clean & bright, overlooking the yard, garden, and sheep pasture.
Reduced rates midweek.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.
If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:
