About our Bed & Breakfast
Welcome to a quiet haven located 15 minuites from both the Edmonton International Airport and West Edmonton Mall. Our bed and breakfast is located on four acres of manicured lawns and elaborate gardens. Enjoy a stroll through our gardens, stop to admire the fishpond with its' waterfall, or look for wildlife that calls the creek home. You are minutes from several golf courses, the Devonian Botanical Gardens, and the Clifford E. Lee Bird Sanctuary. Head south to Devon to take advantage of the West Devon Recreation Area located on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River. Keep going south of Devon to visit the Leduc No# 1 Oil Interprative Centre & Museum.
We offer two guest bedrooms. The bedroom on the main floor comes with a double bed and a bathroom next door for your private use. The lower level is a private suite with a seperate enterance. The bedroom has a queen size bed, fireplace and writing desk. There is a seperate sitting area with a T.V., pool table, fridge and a hide a bed that sleeps two. As well, you have your own private 3 peice bath.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.
If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:
