The Crowsnest Pass is a hub for recreational and historical activities in southwestern Alberta. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains it offers year-round activities from fly-fishing, golfing, hiking, caving, horseback riding, quading and many more summer activities, to snowmobiling, skiing and snowshoeing in winter.
The area has a rich history including Canada's deadliest rockslide, Canada's worst underground mining disaster, stories of bootlegging, murder and the only woman to be hanged in the Province of Alberta.
You will also find charming gift shops, enticing cafes and restaurants,art galleries, museums and historical sites.
