Cottage has queen sleigh bed in the bedroom. As well, in the living room area there is a queen sofa bed and futon (suitable for children or smaller adults) for a maximum capacity of six in the cottage

Cancellation Policy
All reservations will be secured with a credit card number. If you wish to cancel your reservation, notice is required 7 days in advance of your scheduled arrival day. If you do not give this amount of notice, 50% of one nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card. 14 days notice of cancellation required for special holidays/long weekends please.
