Cancellation Policy
Deposit required is one night rate for a single reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a money order or personal cheque. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit clears the bank. Notice of cancellation must be given by telephone (message if no answer), or email 7 days prior to intended arrival. IF able to fill vacancy 50% of total account is refundable. No refund with less than 48 hours notice during "peak" season. Last minute cancellation or "no show" account is non-refundable.
