About our Bed & Breakfast

B 'n B on 13 (located behind the 13th hole of Land 'O Lakes Golf Course, Coaldale) will provide services of overnight accommodation followed by a full or continental breakfast. Our B 'n B will appeal to golfers, and to those wishing to experience a prairie town and what it has to offer! Individual's special needs will be catered to as much as possible.
Guests are welcome to use the amenities, which include: pre-booked tee times at the adjacent golf course, if requested; free use of high speed Internet; a large screen television for shared viewing; use of our beautiful back yard in the summer; bird books to identify the sights and sounds of the many varieties of birds frequenting our trees; a fine fireplace on cooler days; and literature with seasonal information about the wide array of tourist sites in this area for the purpose of possible day trips. Guests' benefits will be great value for their dollar!

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.

If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:

  • no charge if able to fill the vacancy
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.

    With last minute cancellation or "no show":
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
