About our Bed & Breakfast

The front door is your private entrance to the exclusive use of a main floor bungalow featuring a living and dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed while the second bedroom a double bed.

Nestled on a quiet street, you are conveniently situated near the City Centre Airport, VIA Rail, Royal Alexandra and Glenrose Hospitals, NAIT, Rexall Place, Commonwealth Stadium and within minutes to downtown. With major roadways nearby, you can travel easily to events, attractions, restaurants and shopping centres.

Accomodating up to four guests, it is a great home and location for families, couples and business travelers. And, we cater to one set of guests at a time.

Our rates are:
Single $100/night.
Couple $110/night.
Family (parents $110 with 2 children under 12 $15 each) $140/night.
Two couples $110/night per couple.

Reservation $100/night. Full refund up to one week before booked date. Late cancellation fee $50.00

Check-in 4-6 PM. Check-out 11 AM.
Payment required on check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Deposit amount required is one night rate for a single night reservation, or 50% of total account for a multiple night reservation. Deposit may be in the form of a credit card # at time of booking. Reservation is confirmed only when the deposit is received.

If notice of cancellation is given less than 3 days prior to intended arrival date:

  • no charge if able to fill the vacancy
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • or 50% of total account for multiple night reservation, if unable to fill the vacancy.

    With last minute cancellation or "no show":
  • 1 night rate for a single night reservation
  • 50% of total account for multiple night reservation.
